About our facilitators:

Ken Boring is a full-time caregiver living in Waterbury. As someone who grew up painfully shy, he has been studying courage and how to apply it to daily life for almost 12 years and is excited to share his findings about the fascinating neuroscience of bravery with others.

Judi Byron is the library’s Adult Program Coordinator and loves all things neuroscience!
