Gentle Yoga with Erica Antell

10:30-11:45AM in the Steele Room.

Saturdays through April 25th.

On Saturday, February 28th, class will be held in the SAL room. 

  • Drop-ins and all levels welcome.
  • Bring yoga mat and any supportive props.

Join us Saturday mornings for Gentle Yoga. This slow-paced and accessible practice will offer gentle movement through foundational and restorative poses, meditation, and breathwork to encourage mind-body awareness and reduce stress.


Erica has been practicing yoga for twenty years and received her Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT 200) from Laughing River Yoga (Burlington, VT) in 2020.
