Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program

This session will run on Fridays from August 2nd to November 15th from 10:30-11:30 in the SAL Room.


This low impact and evidenced-based program will help keep:

· joints flexible,
· muscles strong, and
· increase energy!
· It can improve sleep, decrease pain, and improve overall well-being.
