Tuesdays from June 10th through July 15th from 9:15 – 10:15 AM.
We will meet in the Library’s Garden (or SAL Room in case of bad weather.)
Wake up your qi (your circulating life force in Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM) with this 6 week summer series with Judi Byron in the Library’s Garden. Based on a form learned from Robert Peng, Judi will lead participants through various movements designed to move the body in both powerful and restorative ways. Activate your energy centers and enhance qi flow with this lovely series.
