Fiber Crafters are welcome to bring their projects and a snack or lunch.  All fiber arts are welcome whether you knit, crochet, weave, needle felt or practice another type of fiber craft.  This supportive, non-competitive gathering is for fiber crafters of all kinds.

People with arthritis can exercise!

The Central Vermont Council on Aging is offering another Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program running winter and spring with Pauline Nolte.

This is a low-impact and evidence based program that helps with keeping joints flexible and muscles strong.  It can increase energy and improve well-being, as well as support better sleep habits and best of all, decrease arthritis pain!

Learn to Play Mahjong with Pauline Nolte

Saturdays through April 26th upstairs in the Library.

There will be a new series starting up in June and running through September.

Mahjong originated in China more than 2500 years ago, and is a popular game that involves both skill and luck!

Pauline will teach both Chinese and American mahjong.

It is a game often compared to gin rummy.
